Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is best known for her character Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward - a teen drama comedy TV show. Tarlov was one of two daughters who was born and raised by her grandparents in Manhattan. Her career began in the tenth grade as Mrs. Peterson in a production of Bye Bye Birdie at the Little Red School House that was a huge success with students in seventh grade. When she was older and had a job, she spent her summers in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts located at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she received her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and trained in many different forms of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, which she attended in addition, helped her integrate writing and acting in The LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly changed her dark winter coat to get a pair of sunglasses in black and made her way out to Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word role on iCarly which garnered a lot of interest by her family and friends. She has appeared on several shows on television and also created Caitlin for Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly believes she's good at basketball, however she actually isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
